The Alexis Hotel
A visit to the Alexis Hotel is a special treat! The first public space in Seattle to paint the walls deep red, but fill the public spaces with brightly striped upholstery, and to accent every space with art - paintings, sculpture and glass art.
The holiday decorations had to enhance this vast color palette with a distinctive but compatible compliment. Better than a formal art gallery - sit in the lobby and enjoy the lively ambiance.

The Space Needle
Completely remodeled and enlarged with a massive glass-enclosed pavilion at the base, the Space Needle is one of the world's foremost landmarks. Seattle residents who haven't been to the 'needle' in 40 years will be in for a delightful surprise.
The custom holiday décor is in keeping with the trend-setting and innovative architecture and interior design. Remaining true to it's 'here comes the future' theme, a wide range of gift and clothing ideas greets the visitor. The retail area boasts 12' pencil trees decorated in chartreuse, blue/silver and magenta/orange.
The 'O' deck (Observation at the top) has a newly raised ceiling, which affords the creation of an iced-branch winter wonderland, the perfect setting for Santa Claus. Spirit of Washington Dinner Train
Each year we redecorate two of the unique railway cars. This year we gave an upgrade to the Columbia Winery dining car with our exclusive multi-mix evergreen garlanding, accenting the interior colors with matte blue and shiny blue ball ornaments, copper and matte copper ornaments, a unique sheer blue with deco copper design, and a dark blue velvet ribbon with a different deco design. The accents are weathered copper stars in multiple sizes.
The Cascade railway dining car is their tribute to the Paris of the 20's, with Renior reproductions, soft pink and seabreeze colors, and a vibrant dark carpet with fireworks bursts of the same colors. We have accented this traditional Parisien décor with our exclusive mixed garlanding, and features black poinsettia and roses with silver glitter, purple grape clusters, beaded purple plums, and purple glass chandelier drops. The ribbon is a mix of the colors found in the car décor.

The Westin Building Management Office
Recently redecorated with a curving mahogany reception desk, the seating area features a 60's block print on the 4 round back chairs. Muted browns and beiges with a hint of orange combine in a checkerboard of squares and intersecting half-rounds.
We have complimented this retro look with a 48" wreath that emphasizes the "outdoors rustic woods" in natural holiday ornaments made from natural materials, with copper highlights. Cascades of ribbon soften the hard edges and compliment the curves in the subtle interior design of the desk and the round back chairs.

Private Residences
Each year we provide custom décor to private homes and residences. The planning begins during the holiday season and culminates during July/August.
Shopping 4 different markets (Atlanta, Dallas, Taiwan and Frankfurt) we can provide the best holiday décor in the world, and also, work with our factories to create new and specialty décor in the desired colors of our clients.
We are working with factories in Central and South America to provide more custom ribbon designs. We import the best fabrics and have them made into wired-edge ribbons. Using the color palette of the world's designers, we have the best in ribbon selection.
Specialty ornaments and new designs are created one to two years before production. If you have a specific need or idea, we'll work with you to create that special ornament. (Please note: new designs were generated in Feb/June 2002, for preview in September 2002, for ornaments to be produced for Holiday 2003).
We recommend an American manufacturer for all of our artificial trees. Steel construction (versus aluminum from overseas) guarantees a 25 year warranty. A variety of trees are available - all sizes from 6' to 30' - and pre-lighted.
See showroom catalogue for full size trees as well as slim-line versions. (Our customers are always happy and satisfied that they chose one of our trees. They feature fine needle construction as well as natural "in" and "out" branch configuration.)
