3rd and Stewart, just north of Macy's - Silk "basketweave" ivory ribbons cascade about 12" glass elipses ornaments in ivory and hand-painted green willow pattern.

6th and Virginia - The modernist lobby features a fresh 15' Noble tree with giant "super silver" branches that support 24" hand-blown glass ornaments in various shades of taupe and brown, along with many different collectible glass ornaments.

Next door North of The Westin Office Building - Large gold orbs are the backdrop for a multitude of pearl and gold glass ornaments from Europe, as well as hand-made embossed ornaments in silk and sequin beads from India.

6th and Blanchard - Filigree silver branch leaves cascade to contrast with custom glass ornaments in various shades of plum and silver, more taupe and taupe/silver accents.

The entry hall has been decked out with 36" wreaths with natural berries and natural ball ornaments made from berries and lichens, as well as traditional oranges, limes and pomegranate. The towering 12' tree is awash in a rustic woods northwest theme using natural garden elements of twisting vines, as well as the giant mossed ball orbs, giant berry orbs and many northwest natural elements.

1st Ave and James Street near the freshly garlanded iron Pergola - A new combination of colors from sparkly lime green, black/gold, mercury glass copper and orange, on a 9' Noble along with matching garlands over the food bar. ASK TO SEE..."Doc Maynard's" a vintage bar from the 1920's which is used for special events next door (entry through the lobby of the Underground Tour). The very special bar features an "arctic ice" tree with a flurry of glass ornaments, as well as a spectacular cascade of icicle ornaments (various sizes and textures) that drip from the antique back bars.

12215 NE 128th St, Kirkland - We provided the original holiday decor more than 20 years ago when this was one of the very few "cruise-ship" retirement facilities. Impressive landscaping surround this extended villa, with a dramatic lobby entry/foyer and vaulted two-story ceiling for the massive dining room. The entire holiday decor has been completely upgraded to include the 15' lobby tree with custom burgundy jeweled dogwood floral branches and mercury glass finial ornaments, as well as traditional custom glass European ornaments, along with gold accents and antique French ribbons. The lobby and hallways feature more than 200 fresh poinsettia groupings.

The Dining Room has some silver berry trees, but the far end features as 12' tree in royal blue, silver and gold, as well as prominent display of all of the accessories needed for Chanukkah.

The Activity Room (downstairs next to the enclosed swimming pool) features a classical musical theme, including antiqued parchment musical ribbon, various musical instruments, musical themed ornaments, garlanding, an antique musical ribboned wreath with custom mini instrument ornaments and more, including an antique silver nativity scene from Italy and a wall tapestry.

Throughout the facility are more than 50 different holiday floral arrangements, as well as additional custom garlanding in the Billiard Room, the Game Room, the Exercise Room, the Beauty Salon and the Sun Room. 11831 120th Ave NE, Kirkland - To accent their home accessories department, we installed 7 different theme trees with additional decor on a consignment basis. Themes include: Italian Della Robbia, Arctic Ice, Cascade Vision, Teddy Traditional, Anaconda Copper, as well as various accent greens, flora and ribbon.
